We're a family of four looking to make an immediate purchase of a 2 or 3 bedroom house on the Lower North Shore.
The place doesn't have to be perfect, and as long as it is structurally sound we'd be happy to put in some elbow grease and restore it to its former glory. Our budget extends to around 850K.
Our preference for suburbs are the ones below, but other suburbs on the lower north shore would be considered.
